We are a family united by a deep love for Jesus and a shared passion for seeing His kingdom flourish. Through ministry launches, food outreach, evangelism, training, and events, we serve communities locally, domestically, and globally. Together, we lead Global Healing Rooms (Flourish for Life Ministries) and work on the Under the Influence Ministires team as well. Every project we take on is rooted in family connection, a heart for discipleship, and a desire to help people experience a true sense of belonging. Since his salvation in 1992, Jim has passionately served Jesus, dedicating his life to ministry and helping others. He co-founded Global Healing Rooms (Flourish for Life) and serves as the traveling Crusade Director for Under the Influence Ministries.

As co-founder of Global Healing Rooms and Director of Operations for Under the Influence Ministries, Carolyn plays a crucial role in the ministries’ success and creates solid, biblically grounded discipleship materials used globally.
A published author of several books and Bible journals, she also enjoys puzzles, reading, and creating art and music. Above all, she treasures quality time with her family, especially during ministry work.

Family is paramount to Spencer. He and his son, Brayden, an active participant in the youth group, strive to create a sense of belonging at church and in everyday life. Excited to introduce friends to the Christian community, Brayden is getting ready for new ministry opportunities. Together, they enjoy sharing times of worship, food, and fun with family on Sundays.

Our son, Andy, has a tender heart and a deep love for Jesus, along with a remarkable ability to uplift those around him. Like his parents and brother Spencer, he attended the same ministry school and served on the ministry team in Ireland, laying the groundwork for future missions.

Professionally, Andy supports the body of Christ through technical and logistical services at The House Church in Eagan, Minnesota, where he works as a website analyst and event coordinator for Under the Influence Ministries and Global Healing Rooms (sister site: Flourish for Life).
With a passion for people, Andy brings joy to all he does. At home, we treasure his gifted guitar playing and beautiful voice. Whether gaming, sharing music, or studying the Bible, he loves to grow in faith with others.

Becca manages film, communications, and PR projects for Under the Influence Ministries and Global Healing Rooms (Flourish for Life). She is flexible and responsive in supporting logistics, coordinating events, and handling AV tech needs.
To unwind, Becca enjoys reading, creating art, playing games, and sharing meals with family and friends. Her sweetheart, Connor Young, often joins in on ministry events, bringing a gracious helping hand, a quick sense of humor, and a lot of joy to the entire team.

Javen has held a tender, close relationship with Jesus since he was five, guided by a prophetic heart that helps him recognize and meet needs as the Holy Spirit leads him. Although he lives in another state, Javen participates in family and ministry activities whenever possible and especially enjoys aiding people who live on the streets.
Javen is a unique blend of reliability and free spirit, making him a joy to be around. With Javen, you instantly find a true friend. He has a special gift for putting others at ease and brightening their day. His deep sense of belonging and friendship acts as his "free currency," a treasure he shares generously with a world in need.
Javen loves spending quality time with his family, nurturing relationships, and relaxing with a good game during his free time.
