Testimonies of God's Goodness

In 2020, I felt led to write a book about how to grow and keep your joy, no matter what happens. 

Although I have often experienced the joy of the Lord in times of worship, I frankly have had a lot of experience with depression. Jesus insisted that I write the book, even though I felt inadequate. 

God spoke, and I wrote down what I felt I heard. By the time I finished writing, I was off depression medicine...and this in a year chock full of fear, loss and sadness. Joy Unleashed strengthens my faith and joy, and my confidence that this world was overcome by Jesus. I am safe in His love.

God is kind. Now, I have tools for keeping and growing my joy. They are written in my newly published book, Joy Unleashed, found on amazon.com. Thank You, Jesus!

Well, GHR had planned a 100 day Northeastern Brazilian midterm mission trip with four crusades for 2020...then COVID hit. Instead of thinking "We'll try again, later," we prayed and shifted our humanitarian and Gospel focus to the USA. The crusade team leaders also rallied for a week of revival in the USA.

November's event was not an American event, but  something normally reserved for international crusades, with no-holds-barred crusade ministry and meaningful learning and interactions during the days. Many people were saved, healed and set free at this event, and all were strengthened to move forward with better vision and greater love.

In October, we visited tent villages and made hot meals to  feed the homeless. We also helped grow other ministries and made great connections for the future.

Thank you for supporting growth and healing in the United States. Although we have the global mandate to bring Jesus to the nations, this was a special year of ministry to America. 

In October, we joined The SourceMN and Streets of Hope Ministries to pray for people and hand out twenty tons of groceries for the poor in the Lake Street area. We are advised to not take photographs, but this is an official photo of the distribution which has occurred monthly at the old Kmart parking lot since the George Floyd riots. The Kmart parking lot was said to be ground zero of Antifa activity, but has become a symbol of hope and wellspring of growth and renewal. Although that area is still devastated, concerned organizations are banding together to form plans to bring hope and assistance to its citizens.

This year was the first-ever, full length, official and interactive Kingdom Culture School of Ministry by missionary and evangelist Kristen D'Arpa...and Global Healing Rooms was very privileged to help through school administration. THrough this school, people learned to hear from God better, become confident in their identities and minister powerfully. A new ministry school began in January 2021, and we were invited to help in a leadership capacity once more.

In late February of 2020, we teamed up with Lakeview United Methodist Church and friends to assist in our second year of house building in Puerta Peñasco, Mexico. We were incredibly blessed to adventure on this mission right before the borders closed between us and Mexico. It is humbling to know that the timing of your service can make a great difference in someone's life, and this family was obviously grateful. 

Thank you for the support that you give to missions, whether you hopped on the church build, donated at the February missions dinner, or found another way to make a God-sized impact on the world. We are so glad to serve with you, and love that this trip offers such an inclusive experience for travelers, regardless of experience

Thank you for joining us in your support of the transformation of two spiritually hungry regions in the state of Ceara, Brazil. In just over two weeks' time, we saw thousands of lives touched by Jesus! We witnessed as the Word of God and His love impacted and transformed the people of Ceara.

Thank you for supporting us in prayer and with your finances. We are humbled by your impact on this country; change has taken place even after the evangelistic and miracle crusades have ended. 

We know people trained for ministry during our stay are still preaching the gospel, delivering healing and wholeness, and encouraging new and long-standing believers in their faith. 

We are overwhelmed by the goodness of God, and we hear the same from reports in the Trairi and Itapajé areas. In these cities, the hungry were fed, the lost were found, and the sick and shackled were healed and set free in Jesus' name! 

Let us continue to bring Jesus to places  near, far, and around the globe - wherever people hunger and thirst for Him!

In March of 2019, we were honored to team up with Lakeview United Methodist Church in helping 1Mission and the United Methodist Church Southwest Conference build a house in Puerta Peñasco, Mexico. Take a peek at our progress as of the Sunday service on March 3!

I was recently in an automobile accident where the driver and I sustained injuries. I was so traumatized by the accident that I began to fear traveling by car. Jesus has taken away my fear of travel, and I enjoy driving again more than I have for many years! I am so grateful to have my freedom again and to move about without fear of collision. I feel like I have my life back!

Thanks for coming to the Power and Love Conference in Minneapolis 2017! We are grateful to have been both sponsors and participants. Through this weekend, we enjoyed seeing healings, stretching our gifts and meeting new lifelong friends. The miracles and the change that happened in the world as a result of that one weekend continues to ripple through our lives in a palpable way. As a result of this week, more people have become Christians - happy Christians - and more are walking in health and in their callings. We hope you join in a Power and Love event in the future.  We strongly believe it will be a game changer: your heart will be forever affected by Jesus' love.

I have recently endured the tragic deaths of three of my loved ones. In all of this, I chose to turn my back on my Savior in an attempt to calm my pain & anger. Due to my choices, I knew I had opened my life up to demonic attack. I began to feel very sad, exhausted, and suicidal. This was completely contradictory to my normal behavior. Also, I began to feel movement like a cloud in my face. I knew that I was experiencing demonic activity. After researching online, God quickly orchestrated my contact with old friends who were ministering at the Healing Room. They had already heard about what I was going through with the passing of loved ones and had been praying for me! The wife told me exactly what I needed to do in order to be delivered. She also (with my permission) called prayer warriors to pray for me throughout the day. I spent my day before God. I claimed my rank as his daughter, pleaded the blood of Jesus on each of my sins/people I needed to forgive, and I confessed lies I had been believing. All demonic oppression stopped that day! I continued to keep a short account of those three things. (received ministry on 4/2017)
